Details about family orientation day are available now on our Family 取向 2024 Schedule page. Below are the dates for new student move-in and orientation. These dates are subject to change, please keep this in mind when making travel arrangements. For those families staying overnight, you can find a list of nearby hotels (some with with courtesy room blocks) on the Student Drop-Off Hotels webpage.

  • August 15 – Summer Institute (SI) and International Student (First Year Only) Move-in. For more detailed information about Admitted International Student 取向, please visit the Division of Student Affairs Admitted International 学生 website.
  • 8月22日 – First Year and Transfer Student Move-in; Informal programming for parents/families will occur only on 8月22日 (One-day only, tentatively scheduled from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
  • 8月22日-25 New Student 取向; events and sessions are for new students only
  • 8月25日 – Sophomore, Junior and Senior Student Move-in; there is no family programming for returning students
